Sélavy 

Sélavy is a dotted typeface loosely based on the 13 punched-out capital letters on Marcel Duchamp’s 1934 Green Box. It was designed by Nina Stössinger for Paul Soulellis and his project Library of the Printed Web. It features capitals, lowercase, numbers, punctuation, and symbols, as well as common Latin accents. Sélavy can be downloaded free of charge below. If you end up using Sélavy in a published project, please do let us know.

In addition to the files for use in print and on screen, you will find the source file for Sélavy. It was built in UFO version 2 with RoboFont and MetricsMachine. If you have a font editor that supports UFO files, you can use this source to make alternate versions of Sélavy. Look for the glyph named BASE-DOT; it contains the outline of the base element, whose instances (as components) make up every glyph. By changing the outline of BASE-DOT, you can quickly create new designs using the existing structure.
